Who's Your Favorite Beatle?

The Beatles. One of the most influential, wonderful, glorious, you get the idea, bands of all time. EVER.
And ever since their formation, everyone has had a favorite.
Ours?
...
Katie F - George Harrison. But it wasn't always this way! For most of elementary school, I adored Ringo Starr. Probably due to the name more than anything else. Of course I had a John Lennon era, also. But now? I'm settled on George Harrison.

Perhaps not the wittiest or most noticeable Beatle, but I feel he was the one with the biggest heart. From early on, it was agreed he would get two songs per album, and those two songs, whether it be Something or Don't Bother Me are always some of my favorite Beatle moments, free of Lennon/McCartney influence.

George isn't just my favorite Beatle, either. He's easily one of my favorite musicians. His later work, whether it be with The Traveling Wilburys, or his solo material (ESPECIALLY All Things Must Pass), is full of some incredible music.

Katie W -
John Lennon is the king of hippies as well as the king of my heart. I mean who else would lay in bed protesting with some Japanese weirdo while making freaky noises into tape recorders? Honestly, Lady Gaga cannot compare to this man's genius and overall oddities.

Lennon was always the rebel Beatle, giving ladies the vapors at the art school he attended in Britian and making up tight religious fanatics in America go nuts and start massive fires when he proclaimed that "The Beatles are bigger than Jesus!" As a shy, socially awkward sixth grader, I was mesmerized with his radical ways of thinking.
